Individual Therapy

A space to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself.

You may feel exhausted and overwhelmed, yet completely stuck- you’re trying so hard, but things still don’t seem to change. When you’re deep in it, it’s hard to see the forest for the trees.

Therapy can help you make sense of your experiences, uncover what’s keeping you stuck, and take practical steps toward a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling.

When to seek help

You don’t have to wait until you’ve hit breaking point to reach out for support, but if you’re looking for signs, here are a few you may notice:

  • Your sleep or appetite has changed- you’re sleeping too little or too much, eating irregularly, or using food to cope.

  • You often feel tired, drained, or on edge, no matter how much rest you get.

  • Concentrating or making decisions has become harder, and your mind feels cluttered or foggy.

  • You’ve been withdrawing from friends and social situations, or feeling disconnected even when around people you care about.

  • You find yourself snapping at loved ones or feeling easily irritated over small things.

  • You’ve noticed yourself overworking, staying busy, or numbing out just to avoid how you feel.

  • On the surface, you’re managing fine, but inside you feel disconnected, anxious, or like you’re just going through the motions.

  • There’s an unresolved issue or experience that keeps resurfacing- something you’ve pushed aside but that still weighs on your mind.

  • People close to you have started expressing concern, saying you don’t seem like yourself lately.

The Process

Starting therapy can feel uncertain, so here’s a glimpse of what the process looks like.

Step 1: Consultation
Whether you’re unsure about the process or which therapist fits best, we’ll guide you through your options.

Step 2: First Session
Your first session is a longer intake (up to 90 minutes, no extra fee). Your therapist will explore your current challenges and background to understand you as a whole person.

Step 3: Goal Setting
Together, you’ll identify what you’d like to work toward. These goals may evolve as therapy progresses, guided by what feels meaningful to you.

Step 4: Ongoing Sessions
You’ll work collaboratively to notice patterns, explore new perspectives, and develop practical strategies for change. Some sessions will focus on daily challenges, others on deeper emotional work.

Step 5: Reflection & Growth
You’ll regularly reflect on your progress and shifts along the way. There’s no fixed timeline, therapy moves at your pace. Together, you and your therapist will decide when it feels right to reduce or conclude sessions.
