  • It may be time to reach out if you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unlike yourself for a while, or if the people around you have noticed changes and expressed concern.   • Therapy sessions range from RM 250-350 for a 60 minute session depending on the therapist’s experience level. The first session is up to 90 minutes at no additional charge.

    Psychological assessment and talks/ workshop rates are dependent on what is needed. Get in touch with us to find out more!

  • First off, rest assured it is your therapist’s job to guide you in exploring your difficulties by asking you the right questions, so don’t worry too much about it! However, if you’re concerned about forgetting what you need to share, feel free to journal some bullet points on what brought you to therapy, when these issues started, and factors you think may be important for your therapist to know.
