You don’t have to carry it all alone
Whether you’re caring for someone you love, adjusting to changes in your own health, or simply carrying more than usual lately, it helps to have a space that’s just for you. Here’s everything you need to know about getting support with us, all on one page.
Who We Help
When looking after everyone starts to wear you down.
Caregiving is an act of love, but it can also be exhausting, lonely and quietly overwhelming, especially when you’re juggling work, family and your own needs at the same time. We often support people who are:
Caring for an ageing parent or a loved one with a health condition
Feeling burnt out, guilty, or stretched too thin
Navigating grief, whether after a loss or for changes in someone they love
Living with a chronic illness or adjusting to a new diagnosis
Feeling anxious, low, or not quite like themselves
Going through a big life transition, such as retirement, moving or a change in family roles
You don’t need to be in crisis to reach out. Many people come to us simply because they want a space to think things through with someone who isn’t part of the situation.

Common Questions

Yes. What you discuss in sessions stays between you and your therapist. The only exceptions are rare situations where someone’s safety is at serious risk, which your therapist will explain in your first session.
-
No. You can contact us directly.
-
You’re welcome to contact us to ask questions and talk through options. For therapy to work well, the person attending does need to be willing to come, and we’re happy to advise on how to gently raise the idea with them.
-
It varies from person to person. Some people find a handful of sessions helpful, while others prefer longer-term support. You and your therapist will review your progress together along the way.
